Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will leverage your extensive lending experience to build strong relationships with customers and expand market share.

  • Proactively identify new opportunities and establish referral partnerships to grow a strong pipeline.
  • Guide customers through the lending process with confidence and provide tailored solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop your personal brand and expand your network to strengthen community presence.
  • Leverage credit analysis expertise to ensure positive lending outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Extensive consumer lending experience
  • Strong networks and ability to self-generate new business opportunities
  • High level of understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills

This is a permanent, full-time position located in Perth, Western Australia. To succeed in this role, you will have a deep understanding of the local community and be able to make a meaningful impact.
