The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Certificate in Commercial Cookery
  • Experience in a high-pressure kitchen environment
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to coordinate effectively
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new culinary techniques and cuisines
  • Full working rights to commit to a full-time position requiring 38 hours per week on a rotating schedule that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
