About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA/QC E&I Supervisor to join our team at Monadelphous, a leading provider of multidisciplinary construction, maintenance, and industrial services to the resources, energy, and infrastructure sectors.

As a QA/QC E&I Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance on our projects. You will bring expert leadership, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage QA/QC activities on E&I projects
  • Develop and implement quality management systems
  • Conduct site audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards and codes
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality procedures
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar E&I Quality Supervisor position within the resources sector
  • Current WA Electrical Worker's License
  • Electrical trade qualification
  • Hazardous Areas qualification
  • Sound working knowledge of Australian and international standards and codes
  • Highly competent ability in computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients
  • Confident user of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • A strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • An innovative approach to problem solving, continuous improvement, and successful delivery methods
  • A proactive, motivated mindset and someone who thrives when working under pressure
  • Valid Australian Driver's License
