The Compliance Manager-Coles 360 will work closely with the Coles' 360 Business Unit to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes identifying key compliance obligations and designing effective compliance controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate regulatory and compliance advice to the business
  • Review supplier engagement practices and ensure alignment with existing BU practices
  • Identify and develop initiatives for continuous improvement
  • Embed compliance requirements into business planning and practices
  • Foster a strong compliance culture across the business

About You

We're looking for someone with a detailed knowledge of Competition and Consumer Law requirements relevant to supermarket retailing. You'll have strong experience in a relevant role, such as compliance or a similar discipline. Proven ability to investigate and resolve issues across multiple stakeholder groups is essential.
