Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain connections to various electronic trading venues, including exchanges, ECNs, and liquidity providers.
  • Implement connectivity solutions using industry-standard protocols such as FIX, ITCH, OUCH, and proprietary APIs.
  • Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure low-latency connectivity and minimal downtime.
  • Provide technical support to traders, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for market access and connectivity.
  • Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials for clients and internal teams on market connectivity solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in electronic trading or financial services, with a focus on market connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading protocols, and exchange connectivity.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with FIX or other trading protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements for electronic trading.
