Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and maintain gluing machines to ensure smooth operation, feeding materials, and monitoring performance to maintain production efficiency.
  • Implement site-specific quality procedures, checking job bags, and reporting defects or faults promptly to maintain high product standards.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring only one job operates per machine area, and perform general cleaning duties for a safe work environment.
  • Liaise with Gluing Supervisor and Operators to support machine setup, job preparation, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Printing or Die cutting, attending meetings, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Gluing/Printing/Die cutting field or factory environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
  • Experience and knowledge in machine assisting.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, with a team-focused attitude.
