We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced engineer to lead the design of advanced semiconductor projects.

  • Develop innovative silicon chip designs that push the boundaries of technology
  • Collaborate with our industry partners to drive project success
  • Work closely with systems and hardware engineers to create optimized chip designs
  • Produce high-quality documentation for project reviews
  • Undertake layout and verification work for complex chip design projects
About This Role

This position is part of the Faculty of Science and Engineering, which offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs across various disciplines. The faculty is also home to several world-class research centers, including the SiP Lab, an advanced silicon chip design lab equipped with cutting-edge system-on-chip (SoC) / system-in-package (SiP) capabilities.

Requirements
  • Experience in SiGe, CMOS or SOI design is essential
  • Knowledge of PLL and SERDES is desirable
  • Familiarity with Cadence design environment is required
  • Able to evaluate silicon on bench
