About This Opportunity

An exciting chance to make a meaningful impact in community mental health awaits an experienced Senior Community Mental Health Clinician. We welcome applications from Occupational Therapists, Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs), Psychologists, and Social Workers.

This role requires expertise in delivering evidence-based, best-practice mental health care, as well as providing leadership and guidance to the team.

The successful candidate will play a key part in our multidisciplinary team, working directly with consumers, their families, and supporters to deliver exceptional mental health care.

Key Responsibilities

In collaboration with the Team Leader, the Senior Clinician will:

  1. Oversee daily operational requirements of the team
  2. Contribute to GMHWS policy development
  3. Participate in continuous improvement activities within the team
  4. Support monitoring and evaluation of service and program delivery
