About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of sales and workshop staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of both the retail showroom and workshops
  • Drive business growth and meet revenue targets while controlling expenses
  • Provide dealer and stockist support, including sales training
  • Ensure stock and inventory are well managed
  • Participate in local 4x4 events and provide market feedback to senior management

What We Offer

  • Salary: $85,000 (negotiable)
  • Superannuation + company vehicle
  • Bonus of up to 20% based on performance
  • Monday to Friday roster with alternate Saturdays (Time in Lieu provided)
