**Job Description**:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Inventory Stock Manager. You will be responsible for processing daily operations and inventory control functions that are crucial to our service delivery.

You'll focus on day-to-day challenges and respond to inventory issues to manage customer service levels and support agreements.

This role is dynamic, challenging, and rewarding; no two days will be the same. To succeed, you'll need a positive attitude, active listening skills, and excellent communication and attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensuring the accurate operation of inventory stock management systems
  • Performing Customer Service Officer functions to support Depot operations, including liaison with customers
  • Utilizing Business Systems to ensure efficiency and simplicity for record extraction and business data analysis
  • Providing timely solutions and contributing positively to customer satisfaction and organizational image
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
  • Demonstrating a personal commitment to health and safety

**Requirements:**

  • A Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience operating a database program
  • High-level interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills teamed with good attention to detail
