Specialist Pharmacist Role Overview

The Alcohol and Drug Services team is seeking a highly motivated Specialist Pharmacist to work in a dynamic multi-disciplinary environment. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, act as a resource pharmacist, and work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert pharmacy services, including daily medication dosing and inpatient withdrawal medication management
  • Work collaboratively with other teams across the state to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registered with the Pharmacy Board of Australia (or eligible for provisional registration)
  • Tertiary qualification or program of study approved by the Pharmacy Board of Australia
