About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing overall success and client satisfaction with Document Management Systems (DMS) and Drafting Solutions projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all DMS and Drafting Solutions projects are initiated promptly and meet client expectations
  • Serve as a Technical Pre-sales advisory to customers during the sales cycle
  • Collaborate with clients to plan implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders
  • Manage project performance to meet expectations and timelines, as well as manage risks and any issues that may arise
Requirements:
  • Possess a background in technology or law with solid experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within technical pre-sales support
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, systems analysis, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessment
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems such as i Manage, and Net Documents
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills – Be able to quickly mitigate challenges so they don't affect project outcomes
  • Able to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team, collaborating with sales, product, and support teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening carefully and influencing and networking with a broad spectrum of internal colleagues and external clients
