Service Technician - Telehandlers

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team at All Lift Forklifts Pty in Sydney. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operational efficiency and safety of our Magni telehandlers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough pre-delivery inspections and prepare new machines for client use.
  • Perform scheduled servicing and inspections of Magni equipment, including hydraulic systems, electrical components, and mechanical issues.
  • Diagnose and repair complex technical problems, ensuring all work is completed to OEM specifications.
  • Calibrate machines to meet precise specifications and ensure effective communication with internal and external customers.
  • Complete all necessary service documentation accurately and supervise subcontractors as needed.
  • Represent the company professionally in interactions with clients and engage in continuous learning and skill enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a relevant Mechanic Trade Certificate.
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and diagnostic software; willingness to undergo training as needed.
  • Proficient in basic to intermediate IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to interpret schematic drawings.
  • Valid Driver's License and demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication abilities and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
