Job Description:

At Mondelēz International, we are seeking a skilled Master Fitter and Turner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining dedicated equipment independently, executing AM and PM standards on dedicated equipment, and leading a role for the line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets and participate in DMS meetings at shift and line levels.
• Own technology and process settings for equipment and have deep technical mastery. Own PM and R&M systems, work processes, and KPIs for the line.
• Develop, own, and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans. Build technical and maintenance skills of technicians.
• Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement. Execute special maintenance tasks. Manage Change Management, localization of spares, and R&M cost reduction.
• Represent the department as the site technology owner in regional and global forums.
• Assist in VSU for new initiatives. Help line leaders in internal and external benchmarking.

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment independently. Execute AM and PM standards on dedicated equipment.
• Capability to lead a role for the line. Qualify and coach next-level SWP owners.
• Capability to work as a Line Leader. Develop and align goal/master plan for the line.

This is an 8-hour day shift position working Monday to Friday. Occasional weekend work may be required. The successful candidate will be a trade-qualified Fitter and Turner, supporting the Carle Large & Small department.
