Job Title: Beauty Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beauty Operations Specialist to join our team at MECCA Southland. This role involves providing exceptional customer service by ensuring stock is well-replenished and presented at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support the store in delivering exceptional customer service experiences
  • Support management in implementing customer service initiatives and setting areas of focus
  • Complete daily stock maintenance and cyclical stock management processes
  • Contribute to the overall store performance by identifying operational activities

Requirements:

  • Maintain effective store operation practices that support customer service delivery
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of brand and product offerings
  • Uphold and encourage a good health and safety culture
