About the Role
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement organisational development programs
  • Lead and support HR projects, ensuring effective employee relations and experience
  • Provide advice to managers on People Policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Human Resources experience in a dynamic environment, with strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards.

We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused individual who can:

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Design and execute organisational development projects
  • Apply HR best practices in a commercial setting
  • Show accountability and responsiveness in their work
