Seasonal Concierge Team Members

The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to visitors and retailers across our Westfield Centres. You'll be the welcoming face of our centre, providing helpful solutions and assistance with daily tasks.

  • Delivering Exceptional Service
  • Welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs
  • Providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Promoting and selling services that add value to our customers' visits
