Part-Time Community Nurse Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Part-Time Community Registered Nurse, providing nursing services in the comfort of clients' homes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing clients' healthcare needs, developing personalized care plans, and delivering high-quality nursing care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Create tailored care plans that meet individual needs.
- Provide essential nursing services, including catheter care, wound care, clinical assessments, and palliative care.
- Support clients with daily living tasks and provide emotional support.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
You Will Need:
- Nursing qualification and relevant experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- A full driver's license and reliable vehicle.
