Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering and timesheet administration
  • Facilitate support and actively connect with all stakeholders to inspire partnerships
  • Provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Demonstrate high levels of expertise in de-escalation and implement care plans
  • Work with high complex customers in multiple settings

Requirements

  • Current Open Driver's Licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • 1 year experience in Challenging and Complex Behaviours
