About the Role

As a key member of our team at AltX Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our National Origination Team in fulfilling business requirements, increasing client engagement, and transaction conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and client support to Business Development Managers, State Managers, and the Executive Team.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring appropriate client support, deal assessment, pipeline management, and follow-ups.
  • Call brokers, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to review, manage, and close transactions.
  • Assist the Origination Team in managing the assessment, pitch, and pipeline to close for incoming loan submissions.
  • Ensure deals are correctly packaged and all documents are provided to the credit team as per the checklist.
  • Review serviceability, policy requirements, and coordinate with other areas such as Credit, Property Risk, and Settlements to ensure a smooth end-to-end lending process.
  • Answer queries from BDMs and Brokers.
  • Accurately enter and maintain Salesforce in respect of deals assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience in the banking, non-bank, and finance industries.
  • Working knowledge of the banking industry, Australian housing market, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric and solutions-focused, with the ability to communicate clearly to both internal and external Assetline customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
  • Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Confidence to deal with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to contribute and work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to continually exceed expectations.
Remuneration

Remuneration will comprise a combination of base salary plus a commission component, earned on the successful closing of deals assigned to you.
