As a key member of our team at AltX Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting our National Origination Team in fulfilling business requirements, increasing client engagement, and transaction conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and client support to Business Development Managers, State Managers, and the Executive Team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring appropriate client support, deal assessment, pipeline management, and follow-ups.
- Call brokers, borrowers, and internal stakeholders to review, manage, and close transactions.
- Assist the Origination Team in managing the assessment, pitch, and pipeline to close for incoming loan submissions.
- Ensure deals are correctly packaged and all documents are provided to the credit team as per the checklist.
- Review serviceability, policy requirements, and coordinate with other areas such as Credit, Property Risk, and Settlements to ensure a smooth end-to-end lending process.
- Answer queries from BDMs and Brokers.
- Accurately enter and maintain Salesforce in respect of deals assigned.
- Experience in the banking, non-bank, and finance industries.
- Working knowledge of the banking industry, Australian housing market, and regulatory environment.
- Strong analytical skills and a focus on attention to detail.
- Customer-centric and solutions-focused, with the ability to communicate clearly to both internal and external Assetline customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word.
- Excellent multi-tasking, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Confidence to deal with external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and to contribute and work as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a desire to continually exceed expectations.
Remuneration will comprise a combination of base salary plus a commission component, earned on the successful closing of deals assigned to you.
