Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be proactive in quality assurance, and have the ability to effectively manage a dynamic hospitality team.

The role involves ensuring safe and high-quality catering services are delivered across the home, leading and managing a dedicated team of hospitality staff, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene, supervising daily kitchen operations, and developing and implementing menus that cater to diverse dietary needs.

  • Qualifications:
  • A current Food Handling Certificate
  • Hospitality experience at a supervisory level or readiness to step up
  • Cert III in a hospitality-related field or willingness to obtain within 12 months
  • Previous food service experience in aged care or healthcare is an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of good hygiene practices
  • Professional presentation
  • Flexibility with shifts
  • Knowledge of WHS work practices is highly regarded
  • Current Flu and COVID Vaccinations
