Nurse Care Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct clinical and personal care duties with a holistic approach to in-home patient care
- Provide clinical judgement, creativity, and sensitivity to develop care plans that meet clients' assessed needs
- Monitor chronic and palliative conditions, assess wounds, and attend to dressings as per the care plan
- Assist clients with showering, bathing, shaving, dressing, toileting, and denture care, and other personal care duties
- Provide a high level of holistic care, including social, emotional, and spiritual support
- Unrestricted AHPRA Registration with a minimum 2 years of practicing as an RN
- Experience in Aged Care and Community Home Care, with excellent customer service skills
- Current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID003/4) and current CPR certificate (HLTAID001)
- The right to work in Australia, a current driver's license, registration, and access to your own car with comprehensive car insurance
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (The MyHomecare Group will organize via Work Pro at no cost)
- A current NDIS worker check
