Assisting a client with Motor Neurone Disease is a rewarding and challenging role for the right individual.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Providing care in the home environment
  • Accompanying clients to social engagements, appointments, and activities
  • Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation
  • Administering medications as required
  • Performing light administrative duties related to record maintenance and reporting

**Essential Requirements**:

  • A genuine passion for working with people and making a positive difference in their lives
  • Professional or personal experience in the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
  • Excellent communication skills, a person-centred approach, and flexibility to meet individual needs
  • Resilience and compassion in dealing with complex situations
