Category Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Category Marketing Specialist.

  • Assist with the translation of insights and category strategies into compelling and engaging go-to-market campaigns.
  • Develop multichannel marketing plans for key category campaigns and execute tactical marketing activities to support business growth.

This role requires a collaborative, outcome-driven professional with exceptional stakeholder management skills, creative communication abilities, and a passion for meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Strategy and Planning Managers to ensure category representation in key campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Understand category marketing strategy and target audiences, articulating this to Merchandising and internal Marketing teams during campaign briefings.
  • Coordinate and produce category marketing campaigns across ATL and BTL channels, including eDMs, social media, SEM, and more.
  • Help brief and plan content across digital channels to drive category awareness.
  • Support delivery of activity on calendars through briefing and trafficking asset creation required.
  • Participate in monthly reviews of content, direct marketing, and social calendars ensuring accuracy.
  • Provide category-level marketing support for sponsorship activities and campaign integration with key internal and external stakeholders.

With five+ years' experience in marketing or a related business unit role, you'll possess a general understanding of ATL and BTL marketing channels, particularly Digital channels such as Social Media and SEM.
