About the Role

Pilbara Minerals is seeking a skilled Drill Operator to join our team at the Pilgangoora Operation. As a key member of the Drill and Blast Team, you will be responsible for operating drilling and ancillary equipment to meet operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate drilling and ancillary equipment in a safe and efficient manner to achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture that reflects the Pilbara Purpose.
  • Maintain high standards of performance and adopt a proactive approach to occupational health and safety issues.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Report all observed safety incidents and hazards.
About You
  • Hold a HR License and Manual C Class Licence.
  • Have 2 years' operating experience with drilling and blasting equipment in a large open pit mining operation.
  • Be self-motivated and disciplined, with flexibility and sound communication skills.
