Early Childhood Education Quality Specialist

Australia beBeeQuality Full time $85,000 - $105,000

At a leading provider of early childhood education, our purpose is to make a positive impact on children's lives. For over 115 years, we've been working towards this goal through evidence-based thinking, hard work, and true compassion.

The Quality Assurance Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the implementation of quality standards and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

By providing expert guidance on policy, regulatory compliance, and best practices in early childhood education, this position ensures that our centres meet and exceed quality expectations. Working closely with regional and central teams, the role contributes to developing targeted resources, facilitating professional learning, and supporting centres through the assessment process. Through regular centre visits and collaboration, the role fosters a culture of reflective practice and compliance, directly influencing the quality of education and care provided.

This role will support the team and may involve some travel to locations outside the Greater Brisbane area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide Expert Regulatory Advice: Deliver timely, professional, and accurate advice on quality standards, approved learning frameworks, and policies to support compliance and quality improvement.
  • Drive Continuous Quality Improvement: Collaborate with regional and central teams to support individual centres in improving practice and performance, using quality rating data and compliance trends to inform targeted strategies and initiatives.
  • Monitor and Assess Centre Operations: Conduct centre visits to evaluate practices and operations against quality requirements and organisational standards, providing tailored guidance to enhance quality and support best outcomes for children.
  • Support Organisational Compliance and Policy Implementation: Assist in the development and review of organisational policies and procedures, support notification processes, and contribute to responses for assessment reports and submissions.

The successful candidate will be an expert in early childhood education, with strong knowledge of quality standards and the ability to provide guidance on compliance and quality improvement. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with educators and managers at all levels.
