Randstad is currently recruiting for a highly skilled Administration Officer to assist a State Government client in Coomera. This AO3 position offers an immediate start date and will be focused on providing high-level administrative support to the team with the coordination of tenders, events, and general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and project management systems
  • Provide proactive project support to the wider team
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation
  • Record important information in the database where required
  • Perform other general office and administrative duties, including word processing, printing, and scanning

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a coordination or project support role, preferably within a government setting
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using a range of government systems
  • Previous experience in a sales support position is highly desirable
