Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This will involve conducting requirements gathering sessions, creating business cases, and developing project plans.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels. They will also have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs
  • Develop business cases and project plans to meet business objectives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet their needs
  • Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in programme and/or project delivery
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite

Desirable Skills:

  • Certification in BABOK or equivalent
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and technologies
