**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Part Time Sales Associate. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales initiatives, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Support sales initiatives, including promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that showcases our products effectively.
  • Maintain a neat, full, and safe store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Process and pack online orders, handling light loads consistently.

Requirements:

  • A passion for customer service and sales.
  • Experience in retail, preferably within a big-box retail space.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong teamwork ability, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
  • A focus on safety, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
