We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Leadership Role holder to join our team. This is a full-time permanent position based in Sydney or Melbourne.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of our ESG strategy, which will shape our company's policies and guidelines, advance systems and processes that screen ESG issues, and help our people understand their role through the delivery of tailored training on the topic.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and Implementing ESG Frameworks: Support the development of the FPIC framework that will assess the maturity of customers' approach to Indigenous engagement.
  • Managing Stakeholders: Engage key stakeholders within the division and across the company, conduct stakeholder analysis to identify potential issues and opportunities, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Leading Projects: Manage team responsibilities required to achieve desired internal process uplift, including the development and execution of a detailed milestone plan.
  • Reporting Progress: Develop progress reporting for steering committee and executive team by working with specific SMEs, helping frame issues requiring discussion and decision making in a clear and succinct manner.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience gained in management consulting or project management, ideally with an understanding of the finance sector. They will also have a keen interest in learning about principles that support first nations self-determination.

Additional requirements include problem-solving skills, proficiency in breaking down complex business problems and designing structured solutions, communication skills, experience delivering persuasive presentations tailored to diverse audiences, and strong interpersonal skills to engage senior stakeholders across the business.
