Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee cross-functional project teams to deliver end-to-end innovation from concept to launch.
  2. Develop and execute project strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring commercial viability.
  3. Manage the project lifecycle, applying agile methodologies to drive outcomes.
  4. Facilitate project alignment through structured kick-off, planning workshops, and regular team meetings.
  5. Present project updates to stakeholders, including status, risks, and recommendations.
  6. Perform risk management strategies as required, implementing mitigation steps when necessary.
  7. Provide project insights, KPIs, and business impact metrics to stakeholders.
  8. Conduct post-launch reviews, capturing learnings and promoting best practices within the organization.
About You:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as science, pharmacy, or business.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in innovation, project management, or product development in consumer healthcare or FMCG industries.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, health trends, and regulatory environments in consumer healthcare.
  • Experience working across Australia and other markets in AMEA is advantageous.
