Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a creative and experienced professional to lead our beverage operations team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing product knowledge and service standards across the team
- Coaching and mentoring team members to drive consistency and excellence in their performance
- Managing inventory and labour costs to optimize business outcomes
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional influencing, coaching, and presentation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain a positive team culture. They will also have experience managing large teams of bartenders and bar team leaders, as well as a solid understanding of staff development around product knowledge, service skills, and operational acumen.
As a key member of our operations team, you will work closely with other department heads to ensure seamless venue operations and achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory and labour costs, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
