Business Strategy Transformation Lead

We are seeking an experienced Business Strategy Transformation Lead to drive strategic initiatives within the Product Lifecycle Management space.

About the Role

This role resides within the Global Technology Solutions (GTS) team and will serve as a vital bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.

The ideal candidate combines strong domain expertise in Product Development and Quality Assurance, especially in medical devices context, with advanced analytical and leadership skills.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis and re-engineering of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes within regulated product development and quality assurance environments.
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to define business problems and use cases, promoting increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze and document current & future state business processes regarding Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Define and prioritize user stories, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Support the delivery of technology solutions, ensuring they are effectively implemented and provide real business value.
  • Identify potential risks associated with technology and operational change and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure full requirements traceability with documented evidence for each release.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years delivery experience of medium to large and complex technology application implementation across business process analysis, requirements analysis and solution design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient domain knowledge in Product Development processes.
  • Strong influencing and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Able to grasp and adapt to new industry trends that can lead to new business opportunities and system innovations.
  • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership.
