Job Overview:

This role requires an individual who can effectively manage store operations, ensuring consistency and stability across multiple VIC stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with teams and stakeholders to achieve sales and growth objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing operational support to store teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Acting as a liaison between Retail Education Manager and store teams

Key Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license (mobility required)

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with various stakeholders
