We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Fabricator to join our team in North Geelong, VIC. This part-time role has the potential to become a full-time permanent position.

About You

  • Applicants must have proven experience in joinery or cabinetry.
  • A sound knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials is essential.
  • Prior experience using panel saws, edge banders, and CNCs is required.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools is necessary.
  • The ability to read and interpret plans is crucial.
  • Showcasing problem-solving skills and attention to detail is vital.
  • Good communication skills, attitude, and a willingness to learn are also essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabinetry and joinery products according to specifications and design plans.
  • Measure, cut, and adjust materials as needed.
  • Ensure precise alignment, fitting, and finishing of cabinetry.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

This role offers an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $120,000, depending on experience, based on industry standards for similar roles in the region.
