Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Retail Assistant to join our fantastic team at Repco Brunswick. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll provide outstanding customer service, work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, and contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers receive personalized attention and leave the store satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets, maintain a high level of product knowledge, and contribute to store visual merchandising.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Provide support to management and other team members as required.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to achieving sales goals.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (essential).
  • Be available to work on a Wednesday to Sunday roster, with overtime available.
