Corporate Travel Professional Role OverviewThe company is seeking a senior-level corporate travel expert to manage end-to-end business travel for high-value clients. This involves taking ownership of complex bookings, itinerary changes, and emergency support. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies and internal procedures, providing expert advice on routes, visa requirements, and travel regulations, and maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end corporate travel (domestic & international) for high-value clients.
  • Take ownership of complex bookings, itinerary changes, and emergency support.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and internal procedures.
  • Provide expert advice on routes, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records.
Requirements:
  • A senior-level travel consultant with at least 2+ years in a corporate TMC environment.
  • Strong GDS skills (Amadeus preferred), and experience with Tramada or similar.
  • Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle complex, multi-leg itineraries and high-pressure situations.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
  • A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client care.
