Lead Child Care Centre

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Director to oversee the daily operations of our Child Care Centre.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with experience in managing a team and ensuring high-quality care for children.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational policies and strategies for an early childhood education service.
  • Manage performance and provide effective supervision to a large team of staff.
  • Maintain current first aid certificate and asthma and anaphylaxis management training.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Education: Early Childhood (4 year Course) or equivalent; Child Protection Statement of Attainment from a course approved by the New South Wales Regulatory Authority.
  • Demonstrated high-level understanding of national regulations and quality standards (and assessment) for education and care services.
  • Demonstrated ability, or prior experience, developing and implementing operational policies and strategies for an early childhood education service.
  • Leadership and management experience in a child care setting.
