We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineering Leader to join our team at Lycopodium Limited.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural design, particularly in steel and concrete structures for mineral processing plants and related industries.
  • A minimum of 7+ years post-graduate experience in structural design is required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical solutions that meet design review processes and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing structural engineering analysis and design for foundation, concrete, and steel structures
  • Preparing, reviewing, and checking engineering calculations, technical specifications, and scopes of work
  • Mentoring engineers and draftspersons through practical guidance during the design and commissioning phases of projects

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Civil/Structural Engineering
  • Proven experience managing interaction with clients on design and drafting issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of engineering designs and calculations
