We have a unique opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Workforce Scheduling Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis with a minimum of 32 hours per week.

Job Summary

This role will be based across our Aged Care Centres in the NSW region.

The successful candidate will develop schedules in line with business needs, assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster employee resources and ensure compliance to all company and industry guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in rostering and/or a similar position, qualifications in business, commerce or human resources and high-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement workforce scheduling plans that meet business needs and comply with relevant industrial instruments.
  • Collaborate with the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster employee resources and manage contacts from employees and team leaders relating to planned and unplanned absences.
  • Process employee status changes and employment transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages and benefits.
  • Set up new staff on HR systems and provide support to employees and management as required.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
