Position Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Full Time team in Pennant Hills. As a Shop Assistant, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs in a timely and professional manner
  2. Ensure fresh and appealing displays by maintaining clean and well-stocked cases and shelves
  3. Maintain accurate department signage and pricing
  4. Stock and clean shelves, frozen and dairy case
  5. Maintain back stock in good order
  6. Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working and shopping environment
  7. Assist with food crew sampling programs, keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing
  8. Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures
Requirements
  1. Previous customer service experience, ideally in a retail environment
  2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  3. Ability to work in a team environment and be flexible with availability
  4. Passion for good food and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
