This hands-on HR role provides support to various functions in relation to a range of human resource matters.

About the Role
  • Support the broader HR team with projects and duties.
  • Rotate through different areas of the HR department as part of the graduate program.
  • Gain valuable knowledge, skills, and practical experience in an in-house function.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR projects and duties.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders while prioritizing tasks and using initiative.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (graduated or graduating).
  • Current driver's license.
  • Sound computer skills with adaptable, personable approach.
