As the Plumbing Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of plumbing services to our customers, ensuring seamless workflows and efficient use of resources. You will also be responsible for managing job scheduling, providing technical advice and supporting business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing job scheduling and workflow processes
  • Providing technical guidance and support to plumbers and other stakeholders
  • Identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities through business development initiatives
  • Maintaining customer relationships and database
  • Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in plumbing operations management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective time management skills and attention to detail
  • Superior customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
  • Technical expertise in plumbing systems and equipment, including troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in job management software and Microsoft Office suite
