About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at LLS Australia. As an Assistant Store Leader, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, developing a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Development: Coach and develop your team's knowledge, skills, and behaviors to ensure a successful store culture.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers, and offer solutions as required.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the health and safety of all team members, customers, and contractors within the store.
  • Performance Management: Develop a high-performance team, capable of delivering sales targets and key performance indicators.
Essential Experience and Qualifications
  • Leadership Experience: Sound experience in retail sales, team development, and leadership.
  • Customer Focus: A strong customer service focus.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with technology - computer literacy is a must.
  • Availability: Available for weekdays, weekends, and some public holiday work.
