About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and flexible Route Operator to join our team at our Blacktown depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of passengers across various routes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to passenger queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets and optimize route performance.
  • Contribute to ongoing training and development initiatives, enhancing your skills and knowledge to meet the evolving needs of our business.
Requirements
  • A current and valid Medium Rigid or above driver's licence.
  • A good driving history, with no convictions for serious driving offenses.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical checks, criminal history checks, and working with children checks.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, early mornings, and late evenings, as required.
