SaaSTech Regulatory Assurance Specialist

The Risk Manager will lead risk initiatives with a focus on technology, product, and regulatory assurance in a SaaS environment.
Main Responsibilities- Own and enhance operational risk frameworks across a product-led SaaS environment.
- Develop and implement global assurance programs to meet client demands.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security and Legal teams to align regulatory frameworks with product development and customer delivery.
- Provide impactful reporting to Executives and clients.
- Cultivate a proactive risk management culture across business units.
You are a risk professional with experience in software, FinTech, RegTech or payments. Combine regulatory expertise (CPS 230/234, APRA/ASIC, ISO/SOC2) with technology and product knowledge to bridge the gap between frameworks and agile delivery.
Ideal Background- Risk & Compliance leadership in SaaS, FinTech, RegTech or digital platforms.
- Familiarity with CPS 230/234, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
- Prior consulting experience or background in insurance/financial services risk is desirable but not essential.
