Simulated Trading Risk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Simulated Trading Risk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our risk management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our risk management processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Risk Operations Oversight: Oversee withdrawal procedures, ensure compliance with company policies, and monitor trading activities to detect potential risks.
  • Risk Analysis and Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze trading activities to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to risk policies and trading rules.
  • Trading Rules Management: Manage trading rules for each simulated trading brand to ensure they remain competitive and align with our company's risk appetite.
  • Risk Management Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance risk management processes, aligned with technological advancements and market trends.
  • Team Support: Ensure that the risk team has adequate resources, tools, and training to perform risk assessments efficiently.
  • Compliance and Training: Ensure that the team is aware of any rule updates and procedural changes, ensuring seamless compliance across all operations.
  • Withdrawal Processing: Oversee withdrawal processing across regions, ensuring payouts are completed within the expected timeframe (2-day maximum).
  • Performance Tracking and Issue Resolution: Track daily performance of the team, investigate reported issues, and resolve internal and external withdrawal-related inquiries.
  • Offshore Team Leadership: Lead and support offshore teams responsible for risk checks, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
