We are looking for a highly motivated and charismatic individual to join our team as a skilled Barista and Front of House staff member. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a dynamic environment, and have experience in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to all customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food items to the highest standards
  • Store Environment: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Barista
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
  • Availability: Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:15am - 4:30pm
