**Job Title:** Outside School Hours Care Educator

About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Educator. As an OSHC Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children before and after school, as well as during school holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement engaging educational programs for children aged 5-12.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development.
  • Work collaboratively with other educators to achieve program goals and outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in an ACECQA-approved course in Childcare or Early Childhood Education.
  • A Working with Children Check relevant to your state.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
