Job Title: Landscape Care Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaper to join our team at the Noosa Outlook Village. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lawn, garden, and property maintenance services in accordance with our village maintenance plan.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain lawns, gardens, and properties to a high standard, adhering to our village maintenance plan
  • Carry out general gardening tasks such as weeding, pruning, planting, and mowing
  • Operate machinery and use tools required for the job
  • Work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns
  • Collaborate with the village manager to ensure seamless execution of gardening activities

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated competence as a Landscaper, with experience in general gardening maintenance works
  • Understanding of machinery use and tools required for the job
  • High organisational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
  • Strong customer service and team focus
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Knowledge of Environment, Health and Safety legislation
